Whew. I just got back from the gym and I’m exhausted. It’s the first time I’ve been in a couple of months and I think it went well. I’ve decided to start training for the Keep Austin Weird 5k, and since sitting around writing code isn’t exactly giving me the burn I would like, I’m gonna start hitting the gym during lunch and going for a run at night.

- Hammer machine incline press: (10 x 50), (10 x 70), (10 x 70), (10 x 70)
- Hammer machine bench press : (10 x 70), (10 x 70), (8 x 70)
- Hammer machine wide grip bench : (10 x 70), (10 x 70), (10 x 70)
- Deltoid fly machine (reversed) : (10 x 60), (10 x 60), (10 x 60)
